I speak and teach on employee ownership, small business succession, community development finance, and neighborhood economic development. I'm a recurring instructor for the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), teaching Neighborhood Development Strategies: implementation frameworks, community building, place-based strategies, and business-oriented strategies. I've also taught IEDC's The Emerging Main Street Workforce.
