I'm a 2026–27 Prudential Foundation Applied Research Laboratory Fellow with the Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing at the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. The fellowship supports applied research on employee ownership and connects me with a national network of more than 200 fellows and faculty mentors.
I'm a PhD candidate in Political Science at Temple University. My dissertation studies federal innovation policy termination: why some programs, like the SBA's Growth Accelerator Fund Competition and FAST, were ended while others, like Regional Innovation Clusters, partly survived. Related work examines workplace democracy, democratic participation, and shared ownership.
