Maura Shenker is a strategist, connector, and advocate for equitable economic and community development. With over 20 years of experience and advanced studies in Political Science (MA, Ph.D. candidate), she specializes in dismantling systemic barriers to economic and political participation and crafting solutions that drive institutional reform.

As Principal of Maura Shenker Solutions, LLC, Maura focuses on leveraging entrepreneurship as a tool for empowerment, building coalitions, and aligning strategies with measurable outcomes. With expertise as both a funder and grant recipient, she helps organizations amplify their impact through effective storytelling, capacity building, and resource mobilization.

Maura also holds an MS in Organization Development with a focus on ethical leadership and has completed ICF-certified leadership coaching training. At Maura Shenker Solutions, she is dedicated to creating stronger, more inclusive communities through strategic action and collaboration.
